Communication outside of working hours
I manage my notifications, working hours, and time off. So, feel free to send messages when it makes sense for you. I’ll respond when I’m in office.
This approach applies in both directions: I might send messages outside of typical working hours when inspiration strikes. Don’t feel the need to respond until you’re back online. As a professional at work, I expect that you are managing your notifications, working hours and time off too.
